An astronomical aligning of affairs!
I bit the bullet and beneath its skin it bears
a calculated call to calm and care.
A date with darkness, do I even dare?

I emptied eagerly all that eases edge
but the fidgeting failed to find a fallible ledge.
So, I gathered guts and grounded generously.
Horrendous habits halted haunting me.

So, I just keep laughing most nightmares off.
Please queue release.
Sometimes the uptight vessels will cross yet cease.

And she said, “You look kind of uncomfortable.
Let’s talk about it.”

“For you it’s so easy. For me, it’s unpleasing
and I’m just never sure if I’ll be able to focus on--“

I can’t sit still for a second more.
I’ll end up squirming on the floor.
Trapped in a bathroom forced to think
while I tap fingers on the sink.

“You know how I get it when the room heats up and I come down.”

“Calm down,” she said aimlessly

Now skin is itching
And walls are spinning
I need some relief

I need an astronomical aligning of affairs.
